There are no environmental implications, not in a flood zone, no issues with utilites, and transportation said a typical road would not affect the units available to be built.

I don't recommend physical gold because the holding, transport, and market costs are too high and will overwhelm any appreciation.Do note: physical shares of precious metal do not produce income and they do have carrying costs.

There are no "strict guidelines" to use however if you're looking at determining whether a neighborhood is Class A you can utilize the following factors as a guideline: Location: Neighborhoods in a desirable area (good schools, close to the city, easy transportation).Crime Rate: The lower the crime rates the better.
