Looking referral for investor friendly RE agent in Atlanta
Hello Atlanta BP community, I am looking for real estate agent who has experience working with remote investor. Any referrals? I am aware that Atlanta market is pretty big and I have just started my research so need help in narrowing down area that fits my criteria of A or B neighborhood and Under 100K. Any suggestions?

I've been working rentals in the Atlanta greater area. I've NEVER had a deal brought to me by an agent and especially true today. I'm in several REIAs and am in leadership where I see what locals are doing.
My rentals get many yellow letters post cards from remote buyers.
#1 tip to find good deals: go after seller types that no one else is going after. This means offing off MLS is out, since the entire Universe sees those sellers. Absentee is largely out because everyone is mailing those too.
#2 tip is farm in a geographical area where fewer investors are working. Why work Atlanta? Locals who can door knock (the best method that no one remote can do) are having trouble finding deals, why be just one more? To you there's no difference between Augusta va Atlanta right?
#3 tip is to find where there's good jobs, best of all where there's GROWING jobs. Use city-data dot com etc to find growing employment areas. Transportation jobs are growing in Augusta and Savannah.
#4 have strict buying criteria. Some of mine are; 10 min to a major road/freeway and 30 min to good jobs (nothing rural), cute house, not on busy road, decent schools. Go to my profile and far down on right read my Bullet Proof rentals doc.
You'll see from my Bullet Proof doc I've left Atlanta for 3 years now for higher cap rate areas. I suggest you focus on blue collar rentals/flips in Augusta and Savannah. Follow my rules closely to make sure you buy in decent appreciating areas.
