One young thing, at the family BBQ, blurted out, "his wife will never have to work again because she married a RICH guy".As an aside he & I have talked at length about tackling his $250,000 student loan debt & the fact he married into yet another $35,000 of student loan debt & thousands more on her Credit Cards & a credit score below 520!!!

It's been enough saving, now time to tackle some risks.

If you want to be serious about generating leads and have the leads follow through with you, do not even give the slightest hint you are a wholesaler.We ONLY tell people we do .. do wholesaling when we can be in front of them in person to explain TRUE wholesaling.There are ways to tackle keeping the 2 on one website,  but I would say just don't do it!

I aspire to attain a point where I have enough passive income, along with my day job, to live comfortably without worrying about eating, taking a trip, or pursuing hobbies.Look forward to tackling this challenge.- Mike B

I would suggest maybe focusing on 1 market and become an expert there first before tackling other markets at the same time.
