I'm flexible on location as I have easy access to transportation. 

Theoretically they are both housing, but a motor cycle, car, SUV and truck are all transportation.

She does have a imitations in regards to her access to transportation as well.

You make money when you buy, AND location, location, location especially (close to public transportation)welcome! 

While not on second avenue, I still think that the avenues farther east will benefit from the greater access to public transportation.

And that just capturing it would be insufficient; some sort of trans-wardrobe transportation should also be provided.

And if your furnace/water heater is down there then they probably need to be enclosed with walls and vented outside.

(We just did a major remodel on a relative's house, total interior tear down plus replacing some of the framing, reroofing, replumbing, and building an enclosed porch, so I'm fairly confident that we could do it for under this number.)
