Contract Verbiage: How would you interpret this statement from a legal perspective?

"KITCHEN FRIDGE WILL BE REPLACED WITH STAINLESS STEEL FRIDGE CURRENTLY IN BASEMENT"

Would you think the person selling the house would be required to move this giant fridge to the kitchen or just leave it in the basement?

@Andres Piedra , good for you. You sound like the kind of guy I would like to do business with. In my business there are a lot of jerks, one reason real estate needs to help me retire early. My response is usually you hired me because I am good at what I do. I am fair in price, I am fair to you and I am fair to other people, you are free to go to a lawyer who will try dirty unfair tactics, but what makes you think he will not use those same tactics on you in billing or representing what work he has done for you?

Another thing I learned somewhere is that 20% of something is 80% of something else. I was very busy and stressed one day and decided that 80% of my headaches came from 20% of my clients. I sent a nice letter to those clients and said due to my current caseload I will be unable to take your case. I appreciate your coming to me, but I realize that you deserve to have an attorney who has the time to devote to your case the attention you deserve. While it is tempting to try to squeese in the time in to do it, I realize I would not be satisfied with that and neither would you. Good luck

It is tempting to try to be all things to all people but if you are busy, fire your worst 5 clients and see how much better life gets. It might surprise you.
