There's already hundreds of acres, thousands, bought by single entities along good physical boundaries and infustructure nearby, I won't stand a chance, not buying a handful of acres in a not so great area hoping one day the city will expand around it.With that being said, if you could scoop up a large plot of land North or Northeast of buda, and don't mind holding the bag for years, or even two decades, I'd bet money on the returns outpacing stocks or similar.
