A low cost exterior spruce up....The interior may be fine for that area/market (I would check comps online and in person).From the condition and finishes, it looks a bit more working class--maybe people who clean planes and haul baggage than pilots and flight attendants, though--which is fine as long as it matches your target market.Best of luck!

LOL outed by Google Maps.My favorite case of this I've seen was a literal plane above the house in the satellite view; Google Maps had outed that house for being under the flight path of a major airport, and it wasn't obvious from a map alone.
