Hello, Biggerpockets world,I'm a 28-year-old that has done several flips, wholesales, owns 7 rental units in Daytona beach, Florida, and owns a hotel in Helen, Georgia, who has  been on Biggerpockets for years.I've come up pretty much from my own studying and reading; however, I've noticed to have become more of a mentor for most of my real-estate/entrepreneur relationships, which is great, but "as iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another,"I'm looking for a mastermind of fellow successful investors and/or entrepreneurs in the North Georgia, Atlanta, Marietta, or even Orlando, Jacksonville area.

This happens to be for a friend who is renting to her young adult children who are well-behaved - just in need of learning about responsibility :) So I'm not as concerned about it being iron-clad as I am with just giving them the illusion that they are expected to be responsible adults.
