Doing major sporting events once is a bucket list ( low on it, but on it).

Real estate is a team sport and your network is your net worth so the more people you interact with, the more deals and partnerships you can make.

Our area has always been a high demand area as we have lakes, rivers, water falls, mountains, trails, fishing, boating, and ALL types of sports and recreation.

I have built a good amount of risk tolerance through life, sport and financial investments, mostly in stocks ( this helped develop that strong stomach).

They are also in the process of building a urban sports complex right down the road from Loray Mill.

Don't even see it because they were hit so hard and haven't noticed the jobs, downtown building, Big events, airport restoration and modernization, occupancy rates, sports teams building state of they art stadiums etc.  

Growing area, more jobs, growing community, a few colleges, and good sports teams.
