Make the most of your time before you get a contract for sale to saturate yourself with market knowledge so the instant you recognize a deal you can grab it - and don't forget that you can go into contract for your purchases before you sell. 

Market just tanked recently with an abundance of buildings opening in Stamford, it's saturated. 

However, to no surprise to anyone, LA is a saturated and overpriced area. 

At the same time, the market is saturated with agents that jumped in the last 3-5 years when everything was selling easy.

Maybe I'm just clinging to the hope that it's not too saturated.

It leads to more stabilization because our market has been saturated for years.
