@Jonathan Tea for most of the routine maintenance things, they only need a handy man but they should have a contractor to handle larger tenant turn overs.

I would agree that there is an issue with what many Realtors have to offer, but I don't agree that a Real Estate consumer can routinely do better than a quality Realtor.2- Part of the reason this became the norm, is that when the total commissions are a part of the purchase price (Seller pays them), THEY CAN BE FINANCED!!!!!!!!!

Par for the course, Josh...We routinely have about a third of the contractors who come out to give bids never get back to us, despite driving long distances to see the job, spending a lot of time walking through and taking measurements, etc.I don't understand it, but I appreciate the bad contractors weeding themselves out
