But BiggerPockets being such a great place with an infinite wealth of knowledge, I'm turning to all of you.

My primary question thought was surrounding debt - still wrapping my head around this infinite banking concept.

When I was flipping my ROI was infinite because I was using other people's money.

The DST also works with the individual child series structure (just like a parent Series LLC), so it is infinitely scalable.

I would hate for you to spend a few hundred dollars on raw data only if you are going to put it back together for the same $20 market report AirDNA offers off the shelf? 

If it were a fight over which shelf space roommates get in the refrigerator, what would you do?  

However if I do a BRRRR I can achieve infinite return by extracting all of my investment.

I discussed value adds, house hacking, BRRRR, achieving infinite return, high LTV loans, tenants paying the mortgage, various rent options (LTR, STR, by room), etc. 

It will be infinitely harder when you are at their door on Christmas Eve with the Sheriff to kick them out.
