Lol I really hope Priti can educate us though why we should invest in Thailand, maybe not just for this particular project.But I have long term consideration to invest in Koh Samui LOL , at certain age, it would be better to live in Hawaii  for few months and the rest in South East Asia while working W2 remotely .

LOL  Henry - It is obviously tight (as most deals are in the south east currently) and maybe looking at self managing helps out (Which I do a fair amount of) and also vacancy can be dialed back a fair amount since the tenant is already placed and no leasing fees.
