New to site

Hello! I am new to the site. I am located in southeast Pennsylvania. I am looking to flip homes. I was looking for advice on finding good deals in my area. What are the best resources wholesalers, realtors etc....  Auction.com seems to have a lot of listings, but end up selling higher than I believe they should be selling for. Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks Jim
