As a seasoned investor who has primarily operated within my local area (South Florida), I am now venturing beyond my backyard eager to diversify my single-family portfolio. I am interested in the Southeast region, specifically targeting areas in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Alabama. My focus is on properties in the affordable range of 75k-150k.
