Someone has recently told me a story about their property in Pocono mountains that they are able to rent per day/night and allegedly are ripping nice rewards..

I've had Realtors provide alleged comps on properties that were in different subdivisions miles away, fifty years older than my target property, with a different number of bedrooms and baths, different foundation structures, sold years prior, etc.

In my experience, any alleged money-making scheme where they can't tell you what it is....CAN YOU SAY SCAM?

@Dante Nava I keep getting solicitations for a money-making opportunity (I never buy any of these, but I learn something from some of them) called Hooked on Overages which allegedly teaches you how to find foreclosed homeowners who don't know they are owed an overage from when their property was sold in a tax sale.

All it would take is someone (like a disgruntled owner) to bellyache to the right person to initiate a legal remedy for your alleged violation.
