Vacation rentals in Poconos

Hello BP community! You are awesome!

I am a newbie investor - closing on my 3rd rental property right now but quickly learning that I don't know much and have ways to go. But, real experience is what i needed and I am getting it!

Someone has recently told me a story about their property in Pocono mountains that they are able to rent per day/night and allegedly are ripping nice rewards.. It sounds definitely intriguing and worth looking into for me.

If anyone here is a local Pocono realtor who specializes in vacation or getaway rentals, please let me know. I am also hoping to get some valuable advise from the community here.
