I think this is an exciting asset class and I am in the RV park sector.

In 2009 it was very challenging to get a loan on most RE sectors and that spiraled the decline in pricing even further.

You want diverse jobs in the market, so when one sector tanks, it's not a huge drag on your renter pool. 

The key to growth in that sector is sales people.

;-)I'm going to play along and not belabor the point that as citizens of the USA, even the "poorest" of us are already wealthy by world-wide and historic standards...You defined wealthy as not having to work a regular job ever again.

There is major subdivisions in the commercial sector (hotels, apartments, office buildings, strip centers, major malls, industrial facilities, warehouses).There is also development (raw land into a higher and better use).We all have to start somewhere.

How many deals would be done by anyone in the RE sector if all buyers has to pay 100% up front.John Corey
