It is a vacant house with someone living on the front porch, so somewhat of a deterrent to my purchasing the adjacent property as an investment.

I've got to make phone calls and track leads and that brings in the deals, not learning visual basic coding.Keep in mind, sometimes its Ready, Fire, Aim where you aim towards a destination when you're already moving.

It shouldn't be a deterrent.

Should I consider this a deterrent for this location?

Or could the problem be in the numbers themselves, in other words, what you think may be a good deal is actually not, or is riddled with risks and deterrent factors?

I'm just trying to visualize what the process could look like.

That and the proposed Pied-à-Terre tax are deterrents.
