Due to this, I’m not spending any REAL time analyzing if they can cash flow or not, it’s just they’re what would be closest to what I can afford.

The closest I've come is a Jeep Cherokee and a Subaru Forester, the wife's Lexus RX doesn't count as a material hauler.Being organized by type of work to do is good, another way is to organize by SEVERITY of work.

I would also check cl in that town or the closest one and post in it and message any wholesalers that have advertised on there.
