I have also browsed through some listsource queries as well.For goals: I would love to complete the rest of the Wholesailing puzzle by learning how to do comps & estimate repair costs and then learning the proper steps to actually complete the transactions with sellers and buyers.

But I've learned the REI Blackbook interface and capabilities pretty thoroughly, and can say that their systems will be a major boost to my business for a long time to come. 

I learned more in 2 days browsing through forums and than I did reading those investor books I stocked up on.

Are there websites that can predict expected rental returns for commercial real estate or comps just like browsing Trulia or Zillow ?

Soooooooo I've been browsing around for house hacking property in my area of Dallas and I've finally found one that I think I can make work, but I'm really new to this so I'm unsure about taking that leap of faith.
