So I can get everything washed and dried in 3-4 hours.Advertising:  Craigslist, 3 billboards by the refinery, calendars of scantily clad women I give to every renter, pens with my ad on it to everyone I give a drug screen too.

Anyway, people set up stalls selling jewelry, paintings, clothing, knives, etc. 

Lots of older womens first names (widows), vacant by definition is absentee...There you have a rambling summary of how hard it is to reach truly begging you to take their house sellers today.

Do you rent primarily to military servicemen/women and moving forward, are you looking to invest near military bases?
