Looking for a commercial property for a clothing business

Hello fellow investors! 

I am looking for a commercial office that is max square ft. is 2,000. 

I don't know much about commercial buildings only residential. 

I am a co-founder of a up coming clothing brand and we are looking for a place of an office and a storage for the clothes.  Anyone got recommendations?
