I will agree that single member LLC's are much more vulnerable than multi-member LLC's but I assure you there is nothing "easy" about collecting from someone who has set up their affairs properly in advance and understands the world of civil litigation.Also thinking that insurance of any type is fine on it's own is just fantasy (and I'm also a licensed insurance broker).
