I don't see the (NC in my case) legal system embracing unknown products where tokens are created, decoupled from the underlying asset, and potentially price manipulated by "token investors".

The real problem for new investors trying to scale quickly is the amount of unknown unknowns they have. 

Altering my expected outcome on the fly, in an unknown market condition.
