Four of the DSTs are student housing in Reno, Austin, Alabama and Louisiana and two are apartments in San Diego and Houston.

When you learn the business after a year or two you can either go out on your own or stay with them. 

But don't you notice any irony in two guys debating this example?

Our thoughts on the Yurts were like yours at first until we stayed in one in Virginia over last Christmas and it was not just a tent but a two bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen etc...
