It is definitely a team effort once you get started, then as you learn you will gain traction.

I posted on NextDoor with little success, so trying here as there was one post here on BP that seemed to get decent traction although maybe it was the subject that piqued interest.

Personally, I highly recommend the EOS methodology from the book Traction if you are looking to build some structure on the idea.

This first cabin we only list on VRBO and the 2 new ones we have seem to be getting traction on AIrbnb (I can't explain it) so we're working on their superhost status.Hope this helps a bit!

Not what you asked for but not getting a lot of traction here I see....try yelp, angies list or post an ad to CL. 

Real Estate isn't always based on those elements, so the communication or attraction will have to be there.Perhaps, a podcast on success in business where you reach out to such individuals thereby learning there story and gaining traction with the avatar type.

Surprisingly it seems like they aren't having much trouble gaining traction with their current model.   

I know the area well so I don't have doubts about it not getting any traction, but just curious to hear some thoughts on the idea.

Want to sell a place that is A) getting no traction and B) has more living sf than is listed.
