They run a customizable fund platform that many fund managers have started using in recent years.I'm not involved in the development space much, but a newer person can generally only offer so much to a more experienced person in this business.

The plant has added no value to the area during this time but rather has served as wasted space and an eyesore for residents.

What worked for me was partnering with a trusted local business or coworking space in the area and using their address (with their consent, of course).
