We do have a thriving REI group her in Lexington and I would encourage you to join the group on facebook.

But, assuming the business model isn't inherently flawed, with the right amount of hard work, knowledge and working capital, you should be able to survive and even thrive.  

A market correction doesn't scare me in the slightest because I invest correctly from day one, with built in equity and cashflow so that I can easily survive during the down years, and thrive during the up years. 

Not knowing every little detail of what's going to happen is part of what's holding me back, yet I thrive off of that kind of thing.

I live in the Greenville, SC area and if anyone is unfamiliar with the area, its thriving with growth.

There have been no police reports that document or point to illicit activity on the premises...

Also, this wouldn't be my first experience jumping into a new field and thriving.
