Thank goodness it was in a nice area of town.If the project is large enough to have a pool, club house, laundry facility, tennis court, walking trails and enough tenants to have a parade, I'd buy that economies to scale argument being an advantage, hmmmm?

I think the best workout and one that people generally neglect in lieu of going to the gym and lifting or running is sport.Go walk a few holes of golf everyday, play some tennis, take a walk with your spouse, play some sports with your kids, etc.

i am very interested in getting into rentals both res. and com but i've been told not to just jump into it, then i read books that say the best way to learn is to suit up and jump in "Just Do It" or "Just Jump In" might be good advice if you're buying tennis shoes, but it's TERRIBLE advice for starting a business.
