That being said, the high hoa fees will suppress your future real estate value (I’ve seen some as high as almost 1k a month in the area), just run the numbers though.

I've been doing some research and apparently, the courts can "suppress" records of eviction proceedings for cases that are pending (the ones where eviction has been granted will show in the background check, (I hope and think).

We have suppressed affordability like last time and, rampant appreciation like last time but the economic factors for wages and employment are different and the products on the market are different.

It is amazing to see how all children are great learners naturally and our education system completely suppresses that in most of them.

I actually like the high property taxes because they help to suppress property values, and I don't value appreciation that much because I want to make money at the rehab/turnaround phase.
