It is maybe half price of sending postcards but it isn't personalized and sometimes gets stuffed into those newspaper looking coupon pages that are always in the mail. 

Now I woke up with a sore throat, sneezing, extremely stuffed up, etc.

What is a fair wage per hour to pay a VA for tasks such as mail merging (excel) onto envelopes, stuffing envelopes and taking them to the post office? 

We then stamps and labelled each envelope, folded each letter, then stuffed and sealed them all.

I have $95k liquid cash stuffed in shoe boxes, and my credit score is in the 800's.I definitely don't have the numbers Rudy Hernandez and Andrew Johnson have mentioned in previous posts, and now I'm thinking I'm actually either breaking even or losing money.  

Then I wrote out the addresses on the outside, folded, stuffed and mailed them myself.

Every dollar you pay down on a mortgage you may as well have stuffed under a mattress.

I mean sure 13,000 in rent and a bunch of cash stuffed in the walls would be a start, but hypothetically what would you look for?

Better to have it all on the table up front than deal with it at Thanksgiving when the stuffing hits the fan.Good luck!
