If you don't want to buy anything, attend sessions you are interested in plus lunch presentations and take lots of notes.Now, if you decide on getting any of the guru courses, many of them will throw extra bonuses and stuff at the event.

there are brokerages that are your basic incubators for new agents.. full of training.. that's what you need as others have stated if your current broker has no formal scheduled training videos and training sessions you need to switch.you cant learn real estate brokerage and sales from a cracker jack box.. nor from the internet.. you need real training..

I'm not specifically familiar with any Houston requirements for a "Contractor's License" but there is not a State of Texas requirement for a "Contractor's License". 10 - 15 Years ago, the Legislature passed a requirement for all Builders to "Register" with a State Agency (I forget which one) but the requirement was dropped in the next legislative session.
