@Jim Bouchard I think you already got the answer I am going to say, but I am also curious how the situation has progressed and what you did.

I’m so excited to be making progress and making my first few steps toward the door and hopefully within the next few months I’ll have my foot in it.

If you would like to drive up and see a flip in progress, the house is about 1 1/2 hours away.

I'd message the sponsor and tell them you'll be traveling to the area and it'd be nice to get a brief tour to see progress.

They may not make much progress, and they may even go backwards.
