About half of them appeared to be mentally unstable, very strange, abusing prescription meds, etc.

I have been speaking to physician groups across the country for several years and I typically am in front of groups of private practice physicians.

As far as marketing goes, we focus on professional referrals (financial planners, physicians, etc.) but are open to doing some direct mail too.
