(huge learning curve for a guy who drives a truck for a living) I have two questions.  1) with whole sale is it fare to say that you have to keep the offer so low that its not really possibal to help the seller without dare I say ripping him off a little bit in order to sell to another investor so both the investor and you make a profit.
