Hello everybody,   Im new to bp and the industry.

I know im going to do somthing but not sure what yet.  I'm interested in rentals and notes and maybe whole sale.  I don't do anything without a huge investigation and with real estate it's prooving to be overwhelming.  It seams no matter what I choose to learn I'm going to have to become an expert in financing and networking. (huge learning curve for a guy who drives a truck for a living) I have two questions.  1) with whole sale is it fare to say that you have to keep the offer so low that its not really possibal to help the seller without dare I say ripping him off a little bit in order to sell to another investor so both the investor and you make a profit.  I get that there is risk but everything I here from gurus is just make crazy proffit while taking advantage of someone elses missfortune.  Is this realistic or am I being nieve?        2) I like the idea of a small team that plays off of eachothers strengths and covers the weaknesses where you can get input from more experienced profesionals but  also I can think of a bunch of reasons why taking on parters silent or not could be stressfull to say the least.  should I go it alone and learn as much as I can on the forums or would it be faster  and safer to partner up.      ( I dont know anyone in the industry at this time  and would be carefull of corse as to who I would do buissness with for sure.)
