Now that it's happening I'm super nervous and just worried about closing on the deal.

I'm nervous that it will end up being more work than reward here.

I'm nervous and very scared it's my first deal but I feel like I may be walking in this with a blind fold.

excited/nervous to be viewing by first house tomorrow.

Rehab costs are an area that makes me both nervous and excited...

This property we just put under contract was only the 5th or so that we had seen, which makes me a bit nervous.  

Also in knowing what areas of town to be interested in making deals (school district, crime rates, accessibility to venues etc.).My "tips" would be to gain the experience by doing :) I still remember my first day in construction and being nervous and feeling overwhelmed at the prospect of grabbing tools and working on someone else's dream of a new home.

This will be my first ever showing, I can't say that I'm not nervous but the hardest step is the first one and I am about to make it. 

I believe it works, but I don't trust my abilities or the numbers yet as I am nervous I am doing something wrong or somehow not considering something.  

So far I have only one contractor bid for perimeter foundation for 70k but with only 1 year warranty which makes me nervous.
