MIC for short.

An attached property that had a door that led to the roof of the auction property that had couch, table, fridge, etc on the roof. 

The group I'm a member of now passes the mic each meeting where members and visitors introduce themselves and answer a simple thought provoking question.

We do have comparable entities in Mortgage Investment Corporations (MICs), but their operations are a little different (naturally as the legal and regulatory framework are different).

I think a reasonable landlord would cover $300 nevertheless because they could have hired someone to move the couch and other heavy stuff; the tenant is under no obligation to move their own stuff.
