In fact, I will admit I’ve made plenty of mistakes around personal finance, business decisions, real estate decisions, and even in my own marriage.

Your goal should be to get as much support as you want while keeping as much of your money as possible.It's hard to find a happy marriage, but it's worth it. 

So in this case, because Texas is one of the 9 states that has what is is called Community Property Laws, we have to include all debts from both married individuals.So while people are able to keep debts separate within matrimony in other states, the community property laws make couples include all debts with in the marriage. 

For purposes of this section, "family" shall mean:(1) An individual or any number of individuals related by blood or marriage;(2) A group of not more than five individuals not so related;(3) A group of not more than ten members of a religious order who live together in a single dwelling unit; or(4) A group of not more than ten adults, the majority of whom are 60 years of age or older, who live together in a single dwelling unit, are all capable of self-preservation without assistance in the event of an emergency, and do not need to live in a supervised environment.Does this mean that 5 unrelated people can live in the same house?

Since that is likely not in the cards, My next-best (non-legal) advice is to have the money sent to the owners directly, and then invoice them.How does have a brokers license qualify someone to manage properties, any more than a marriage license or drivers license would?

Since all of the marriage joint is sealed by drywall, it is no way for the home appraisal to determine.

In 2015-2016 my ex husband and I went through a divorce and I was required to sell everything and split the profits with him (except one property that I had prior to marriage that he had no involvement with).
