I'll explain...When you purchase a property with existing tenants, who have a lease in place (in MN you can also have verbal leases), you'll inherit those tenants and the leases they signed with the seller on closing day.

@Kelsey VanSleenFor a tax deed sale, essentially you will bid to pay off the tax lien that was placed on the property and then you will inherit the rights to ownership of that property if you are the winner.

We "inherit" so many homeowners from the big players who have horror stories (only one booking in 6 months, guests who were allowed to wreck your home with no recourse...the list goes on and on).

I keep the rmd the lowest possible however to secure a loan on a home I inherited I had to adjust the rmd higher...now I want to move it back where it was because I am very conservative and like to have money for the unforseen future .
