Small dogs, in my experience, are more aggressive and likely to bite, and their owners are less likely to make sure the dog does his business outside, thinking it's a little to pick up or think using those pads they sell for indoor use is okay.

I do know they have to be registered within 60 days from the date of installation and have to be matched with Goodman indoor and outdoor equipment to receive the 10 year warranty.

Turnover, plumbing issues worse for basement units, hard to rent without laundry, common indoor hallways, etc...

Indoors = no noise, no construction traffic, no hazards to public, no run-off, no overhead, no-temp. facilities, no injuries, no supervision, no crews, none of my active participation. 

It was a foreclosure where the prior owner allowed it to be trashed - the furnace didn't work so the prior tenants were using a charcoal grill indoors to keep warm (and there was soot on the walls where it was). 

Cosmetic could mean a coat of paint or it could mean everything's there but beat all to hell - cabinets old and tore up, holes in doors, etc.

It literally ruined the experience with the house, which is unfortunate because other than being on a relatively busy city road it does have a lot to offer (gorgeous kitchen, finished basement, cedar wrapped indoor pool, 6-person hot tub). 

So I'm in a situation where I recently just talk to a property owner i'm in Columbus Ohio and the property is about three beds one bath has potential for spare room downstairs but the real question is she told me she owes 12,000 in property taxes she inherited property from her dad he paid cash on the property, he recently just passed away and she called me about selling and she let me know that she owes taxes she's looking to get 40 K out the property I was doing some of my research and I was noticing the properties are selling for about 50-80k then I went to the Franklin County clerks of courts and it says that she has a pending case open with a pre-foreclosure so I'm wondering will I still be able to wholesale the property and if anybody knows some general prices of remodeling a kitchen for a house in that price range, also remodeling bathrooms change indoors and refinishing floors house is about 925sqft because I'm still trying to figure out the estimated repair cost to make an offer ?
