Thus the lack of experience begins to show along with lack of maturity when things go bad, they fail to respond to people and ignore them, with some not even finding out a property was lost at foreclosure.

Most equate forming an entity to asset protection, but completely ignore the action items  that should be done on a daily basis that actually protects against the claims from arising.

What I do is use the first 3 numbers and ignore the rest.

Investor sends me "wholesale" property, when they ignored the same address I sent to them direct without all the mark ups a week before and a "wholesaler" remarketed to them as a "wholesale" deal.  1/2 the time not even under contract, so the chances of that deal blowing up are good.After today, your agents will be required to have some kind of agreement with you before they show you homes. 

Since the underwriter ignores the Depreciation category, the expenses disappeared, voilà.  

And that is not me calling you a name - we are all ignorant on some matter or another. 

You ignore the noise and move on and run the company and they feel what they did was in the best interests of the company and owners.Everyone said the same when the original owner sold… Remember it’s the people and community that contribute that make or break your experience.

To summarize, I am fully equipped, licensed, and knowledgeable to handle all aspects of the actual repair, however my ignorance lies within the funding (hard money) and the business aspects of home flipping. 

It's super helpful for people who are ignorant to the business credit world and are learning.

Or will it be issued against my 401k's EIN and I'll just ignore these forms?
