I wouldn't bother hunting for off-market opportunities with a BAA in effect. 

Also, with the amount of people hunting pre-foreclosures (wholesalers, agents, individuals, funds, etc.) and scooping them up to flip them, I don't see how the supply could outweigh the demand in the near future.

Hi all, just thought I would chime in with a review of my experiences with Ohio Cash Flow.I first contacted Ohio Cash Flow in March 2017, as I had been looking to get into real estate investing and had determined that turn key (and specifically midwest turn key) was a good fit, given that the combination of my full time job as an MD and my location in an expensive market (Orange County, CA) would make hunting for cash flowing deals tough.

I remember those 35 acre ranchettes was very popular in the day.. not sure why 35 acres and not 40s  as you could break down a section  ( 640 acres) in even numbers 320 s  160s  80 s 40s 20s etc. 35 always struck me as odd and you would see them advertised in hunting and fishing mags..

Take the Margaret Hunt Hill bridge to West Dallas...this turns into Singleton Blvd, drive to Inwood and then go north to Mockingbird...then east to Loop 12 in East Dallas. 

Which I will do now.You didn't do anything "incorrectly" I just believe you'll end up with better results this way for any insurance needs.Very difficult to shop around on your own and rate hunt.
