Hello all,

I am in the process of acquiring a townhome near Waynesboro, PA. Does anyone have a recommendation to a insurance carrier who has good rates?

Thanks in advance.

There's no such thing as recommending an insurance carrier that has good "rates."  Insurance is highly specified to the situation, individual, property, etc.  Tons of rating factors that impact the price from one property to another.

I say this without even considering coverage, service, and what you might want as there are usually choices to be made.

Your best bet is to work with an independent agent that can provide advice along with multiple options for every scenario so that you can find the best value in each situation.
