I had it camera'ed more than once (I did it this summer as well when I was doing due diligence that's how I knew the existing depths will make it hard for the detached garage ADU to tie in to the main line). 

I looked out of state but eventually came to the conclusion after studying 4 markets in depth that staying local where I’m in control and have excellent systems in place just made more sense.
