I spent hours removing junk, full fridge and freezer, trash, storing some belongings.

So I just lost a round in this game with a 7 year old fridge that was failing to cool but was clearly not the compressor.

At the beginning of last week I unplugged the fridge and left the doors open.

Additionally a sort of kitchenette with some cabinets , small sink, small fridge , microwave but no stove.

@Ryan O'HarraI'm not sure where you are located but in our current house we just added a temporary wall and a small kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot) and we currently airbnb out that space.

The interesting thing is we have a Lakehouse that is closed for the winter but the fridge still runs.

By furnish I mean a washer/dryer/fridge/stove.  2 bedroom suites, and furniture throughout the house.

Class C hoods typically hold their own, as long as you don't buy one on the fridge of the ghetto. 

Kitchen offers brand new stainless appliances, incl. gas range & fridge!

We buffed the floors (rented the buffer at Home Depot and got a buffing 101 lesson on You Tube), painted the walls, got new socket plates, new appliances (fridge, dryer, washer).
