First step is always to cut the water source and fix the leak asap.

This app is supposed to make things easier but instead has been a source of annoyance and irritation since I started using it.

classic scam.to the OP  google Ingrid Robinson /  American greed   / Remington financial she took those guys down and its worth watching how they work.. the foreigners are on to it.. so anything with even slightly bad English is a huge red flag and 100% fraud.this guy looks more Russian than Kiwi to me.. 

What is your source for 99% of transactions are above 2%?

While I don't want to focus on doing this as my main source of income (I still mainly want to do fix & flips and contract assignments), I wouldn't mind trying it, just to see if it's something that could work for me.

They are full size and yet still run off 120v and just need a water source and drain. 

Most sources should tell you if it's open or closed/paid.

If I am able to source properties in markets with potential appreciation and (even if minimal) cash flow, after all expenses are covered and with a property manager, then it sounds like it wouldn't take up much of my time.
