If you can paint instead or decorate the lawn with nice flowers, landscaping, new door, etc. that might be a more cost effective way to pretty up the place and give more curb appeal.

Under those 4 windows you need some beautiful flowers right across under every window purple, red or something that stops just below the windows, that alone is your cheapest curb appeal.

You need to look at rental rates in your area, and if you have to weasel clause in your lease like the tenants must mow the lawn, water the plants/flowers, trim the plants, that could scare away tenants.

It makes sense for the slab to flow away from the property, but steps are supposed to be flat. 5 - There's the rusty nail that my kid stepped on that is sticking out of the slab6 - There is a ton of overpour that has gotten into my flower bed in front of the slab.
