Well, come tax time, I had to unravel 3 LLCs with quite a bit of expense and am paying double tax because of their lack of care and knowledge.

Adding the real estate investment and management concentration could definitely be worth it if it gives you solid knowledge and good networking opportunities.

Never thought about it but that is clearly a key piece of knowledge that can come in handy whenever needed.

The only thing is, he mentioned that I will have to file an extension because, understandably so, he does not have the time to complete my small business returns by 3/15 (8 days from today).

One example was having to create a 720' sewer extension of the town's sewer line!
